Description

Barnett's – '12' on the location map – is a large detached flint house with its own private patio, garden and BBQ.

Ground Floor

cloakroom / utility (with washing machine) and walk-in shower with pull down chair (useful for anyone who finds stairs difficult)
large kitchen (including large fridge freezer and dishwasher)
lounge diner (including brick fireplace with wood burner and patio doors).

First Floor

king-sized bedroom (views of the village) with TV
large triple bedroom (views of the village)
main bathroom, with shower over the bath.

Outside

south facing patio and enclosed garden (with views towards Kelling Heath)
attached meadow garden to walk through.
